2023 round-up

What a year it’s been! 2023 has been incredible for All Set Workplace, as we expand our reach and showcase our platform. Internally, it’s been a year of growth, development and innovation, all whilst spreading the word about our physio-led healthcare solutions and health and safety technology and services.

Globally, we onboarded employees in 27 countries, whilst welcoming new hires to our own HQ. 

We collaborated with Fenergo, Ireland’s largest Fintech company, to provide our employee platform and risk management services to their global workforce. A pairing with a commitment to employee satisfaction, setting a new standard for supporting employees in remote and hybrid work environments.

Back in May, we were thrilled to be shortlisted for the Investnet Future Health Summit’s Innovation award, recognising our commitment to improving employee health and wellbeing, and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.

We had an incredible time in Kilkenny with Great Place to Work, discussing workplace culture and employee experience, networking with other industry experts in the stunning surroundings of the Lyrath Estate Hotel.

Becoming members of the Dublin Chamber this year has given us invaluable insight into the challenges that businesses face, and it’s been wonderful to meet and get to know experts from a diverse range of companies across the city.

As we head into the holidays, we’ll be taking some time with our families, but also to reflect on our achievements of the past 12 months. But it doesn’t stop there – we have some exciting opportunities and developments on the horizon, and 2024 promises to be our best one yet!
